Order before 2 PM for next day delivery (Mon-Fri only).
International Shipping
We currently ship to over 30 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Print the prepaid return label and packing slip provided via email.

Pack & Ship
Pack items securely with tags attached. Drop off at any authorized shipping location.

Receive Refund
Once received, we'll process your return within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Free Returns
Returns are always free within the US. We provide a prepaid return label with every order. For international returns, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Common Questions
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! Simply return your original item and place a new order for the size or color you'd like. This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately at support@luxe.com with photos of the damaged item. We'll send a replacement right away at no cost to you.
Do you offer gift receipts?
Yes! Select the "This is a gift" option at checkout. We'll include a gift receipt without pricing information, and the recipient can exchange or return for store credit.
