What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, your order enters our fulfillment process. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Digital gift cards are available in denominations from ₹50.00 to ₹500.00. They never expire and can be used on any purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping is 2-3 business days, and next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2 PM (Mon-Fri).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to over 30 countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

How can I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order by logging into your account.

What if I'm not home when my package arrives?

The courier will leave a delivery notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup. Signature is not required unless specified.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn, unwashed items with original tags. Returns are free within the US.

How do I return an item?

Log into your account, go to order history, select the items to return, and print the prepaid return label. Pack securely and drop off at any authorized shipping location.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we receive your return, we'll process it within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

We recommend returning your original item and placing a new order to ensure you receive your preferred size/color quickly.

How do I know what size to order?

Please refer to our detailed size guide available on each product page. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Are your products true to size?

Yes, most of our products fit true to size. However, each product page includes specific fit notes and model measurements.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Popular items are often restocked. Sign up for restock notifications on the product page to be alerted when items become available.

Are all items on your site authentic?

Absolutely. We work directly with authorized brand partners and guarantee 100% authenticity on all products.
