At Luxe, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a comprehensive returns and exchange policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Return Policy

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund. For jewelry and personalized items, the return window is 14 days.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free from damage
  • In original packaging when applicable
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygienic and safety reasons:

  • Underwear and intimate apparel
  • Swimwear
  • Earrings and pierced jewelry
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Final sale items marked as such

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Contact our customer service team at returns@luxe.com or call +1 (555) 123-4567. Provide your order number and the reason for return.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We'll email you a Return Authorization (RA) number and prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.

Step 3: Package Your Return

Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible. Include the RA number and original receipt.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Attach the prepaid label and drop off at any authorized shipping location. Keep your tracking receipt for your records.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same process as returns, but please specify the desired replacement item when initiating the exchange.

Size Exchange Program

If you need a different size, we offer free size exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Simply:

  • Contact us with your order number and desired size
  • We'll put the new size on hold for you
  • Return the original item using our prepaid label
  • Once received, we'll ship your new size immediately

Refunds

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 3-5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Store Credit: Immediate (upon request)

Shipping Costs

We provide free return shipping for defective items or our errors. For other returns, original shipping costs are non-refundable, but we provide a prepaid return label for your convenience.

International Returns

International customers can return items within 30 days. Please contact our customer service team for specific instructions and return shipping arrangements. Additional customs fees may apply.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at quality@luxe.com with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange for immediate replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
